About Kristy Blonsky

After several years of teaching at many well-known Pilates studios throughout Miami, Kristy Blonsky, a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor, has opened her own premier, private Pilates studio in Miami's Upper East Side neighborhood.  At Method K Pilates we help clients increase their strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance through private and semi-private instruction.
